Tell us the pieces. The figure comes on that call.
The same price here as everywhere else
Worth putting near the top, because everybody in 85253 has had the experience.
You ring three companies for identical work. The numbers come back wildly apart, none of them published anywhere, and at least one assumes an address on Camelback means you will not ask twice.
These are the same figures we charge in every town we work. The postcode does not get its own rate card.
What genuinely does raise the total is having more furniture, which most houses here do. That is arithmetic rather than a premium, and you can do it yourself off the table above before anybody knocks.
What separates this from a fast clean
There are two ways to clean upholstery and the difference is not the machine.
The fast version treats every piece the same. Same solution, same wand, same moisture, whatever the fabric is. It works acceptably on most W-coded fabric, which is most furniture in most houses, which is why anyone doing it gets away with it most of the time.
The other version starts by establishing what the cloth actually is. Slower, involves saying no occasionally, and it is the only version where an unlabeled silk piece or a sixty-year-old original survives the experience.
In most towns the difference rarely shows. In this one it shows on the pieces people would be most upset to lose.

One town, one trade
One town means we know what to expect before arriving. A Clearwater Hills piece may have lost its tag decades ago. A Mummy Mountain rebuild is probably designer-specified with no label at all. A Camelback Country Estates house has four seating areas and three of them have never been done.
One trade means the equipment on the truck is for this job rather than borrowed from carpet work. Upholstery is not carpet cleaning with a smaller wand.
What we will not do
We will not quote one number and produce another at the door. Every price is on this site, so you can compare us to anybody else before booking.
We will not tell you a piece can be saved when it cannot. Worn fabric, a shiny nap, an open seam or a collapsed cushion all survive cleaning perfectly intact, and saying so costs us the job.
And we will not clean something we are not confident about. Losing a $127.50 job is a far better outcome than ruining a piece that cannot be replaced, and on the furniture in these houses that is not a close call. The full version of that is on its own page.
What you get
- The fabric identified, or the code read, before anything touches the piece
- A concealed test where there is no label, which here is most of the time
- A realistic answer on marks before we start
- Pre-treatment matched to the cloth and the actual soil
- Cushions off and cleaned both sides where the construction allows
- All the moving and lifting
- Leather conditioned, not just cleaned
- A walkthrough together before anything is packed up

Questions
What happens when I ring?
You tell us the pieces, we give you the figure on that call, and you pick a time. No estimate visit and no walkthrough before anything is priced.
What hours?
7am to 8pm.
Do I need to move furniture?
No, and please do not. We do all the moving and put everything back where it was.
Will the price change when you arrive?
No. What we quoted on the phone is what gets charged.
What if you will not clean a piece?
We tell you before starting and you are not charged for it. On furniture worth more than the cleaning that is the only defensible position.
Can a house manager arrange it?
Yes, and much of our work here is arranged that way, including access, timing and invoicing.
Card accepted?
Yes, with a receipt by email or text.
